Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Mostadef collects, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it.
We collect the data you provide when registering and using the platform: account details (name, email, phone, national ID or iqama number, date of birth), the details of pilgrims you add (name, nationality, country of residence, passport details and photo), verification documents, company details (commercial registration and contact information), and basic usage records.
We use data to operate the platform's services: identity verification, booking management, payment processing, sending notifications about your account and bookings, improving service quality, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Pilgrim details linked to a specific booking are shared exclusively with the Umrah company providing that package, solely to fulfil the booking. Payments are processed by a global payment provider (Stripe); we never store your card details on our servers. We do not sell your data to any third party.
We apply technical and organisational safeguards including encrypted connections, role-based access to data, and storing documents in private storage accessible only to authorised staff.
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable regulations. You can request deletion of your account and data through our official channels.
You may view, correct and update your data from your profile, request a copy or deletion of it, and object to specific processing, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Kingdom.
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the platform, such as keeping your sign-in session and language preference. We do not use them for advertising.
