By using the Mostadef platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing a booking.
"Platform": the Mostadef digital platform. "Host": a citizen or resident hosting pilgrims from abroad through the platform. "Company": a licensed Umrah company approved on the platform. "Pilgrim": a person coming from abroad to perform Umrah under a booking made through the platform.
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep their credentials confidential. Placing bookings requires host identity verification. The platform may refuse or suspend any account that violates these terms or provides inaccurate information.
The platform acts as a digital intermediary connecting hosts with licensed Umrah companies. Delivering the Umrah services themselves (accommodation, transport and accompanying services) is the responsibility of the company providing the package, as described in its listing.
The host submits a booking request with accurate pilgrim details, and the company may accept or decline it. The booking value equals the package's per-person price multiplied by the number of pilgrims, as shown before the request is confirmed.
Payments are processed through a secure gateway (Stripe). Nothing is charged before the company accepts the request. The platform issues an electronic invoice for every successful payment.
Hosts may cancel a request before payment at no charge. After payment, cancellation and refund requests follow the policy of the company providing the package, and refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Companies must keep their licence and details valid, describe packages and prices accurately, deliver the advertised services professionally, update booking statuses promptly, and treat pilgrim data with full confidentiality and only for fulfilling the booking.
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, entering misleading data, impersonating others, or attempting to harm the platform's security or its users is prohibited.
The platform exercises due care in vetting approved companies and is not liable for a company's breach of its contractual obligations towards the host, while we remain committed to helping resolve any dispute through our support channels.
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify users of any material change. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
